REGISTRATION CLOSES JUNE 3

EXAMINATIONS BEGIN JUNE 15

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) do hereby announce an extension of the registration period for the 2026 June/July in-school National Business Certificate (NBC)/National Technical Certificate (NTC) Examinations from Monday, 1st June, 2026 to midnight of Wednesday, 3rd June, 2026.

The Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, NABTEB, Dr. Mohammed Aminu Mohammed, gave the approval for the extension of the registration period for the 2026 in-school National Business Certificate (NBC)/National Technical Certificate (NTC) Examinations in an internal memorandum dated 31st May, 2026, and signed by the Director, Examinations Administration, Ms. Chigoziem Susan Metu.

By this extension, the registration for the 2026 National Business Certificate (NBC)/National Technical Certificate (NTC) Examinations for school candidates will close on Wednesday, 3rd June, 2026, while the Examinations will commence on Monday, 15th June, 2026.

The Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, NABTEB, who says the extension aligns with the request of stakeholders, urges prospective candidates and stakeholder-institutions to take advantage of this window to register for the examinations and conclude their registration formalities.
