REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, 2021

NABTEB wishes to invite interested Vendors and Contractors to tender for the supply of the following items for Year 2020 May/June Examinations to her National Headquarters, Ikpoba Hill, Benin City, Edo State, thus:

Interested Firms/Companies should submit the following verifiable Documents along with their quotation:

• 1. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation of Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria, including forms CAC 2 and CAC 7
• 2. Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the immediate past three (3) years (2017,2018, & 2019)
• 3. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020;
• 4. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020;
• 5. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020;
• 6. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2020 or valid Certificate issued by BPP or exemption.
• 7. Sworn Affidavit:
  • disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Business and Technical Examinations Board or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
  • indicating whether the Company is/is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt.
  • Must not have any Director who has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offenses relating to fraud or financial impropriety’’.
• 8. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – 2017, 2018 & 2019
• 9. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
• 10. Company’s profile with Curriculum Vitae of key staff to include;

Verifiable documentary evidence of, at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letter of Awards, Job Completion, list of equipment, etc.

All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/Forwarding letter under the company/firm’s /head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, telephone number, (preferable GSN No.) and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the names and nationalities of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.

Quotation should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked
‘’RQ’’ at the top left corner of the envelope and addressed to:

This shall be personally dropped in the Tender’s Box in the Procurement Unit Office, (Block B), National Business and Technical Examinations Board, National Headquarters, Ikpoba-Hill, Benin City on or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 28th July, 2020

4.0 CLOSING DATE AND OPENING OF SUBMISSIONS

The submission commences from Wednesday, 24th June, 2020 (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. working days) and closes on Tuesday, 28th July, 2020 at 12:00 noon. Any bid received after the stated date and time shall not be considered.

The submitted bids will be opened on the same day, Tuesday, 28th July, 2020at 12:00 noon at the Conference Hall, NABTEB, National Headquarters, Ikpoba-Hill, Benin City, Edo State.
