The extension of the registration period for the National Business Certificate (NBC)/National Technical Certificate (NTC) and Advanced National Business Certificate (ANBC)/Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC) examinations is sequel to an approval granted by the Acting Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Nnasia N. Asanga, FCA.

The Acting Registrar/Chief Executive Officer’s approval is conveyed in a memo dated 11th October, 2024, signed by the Director, Examinations Administration, Chigoziem Susan Metu and addressed to NABTEB State Officers through the Board’s Zonal Coordinators, all of who are directed to circulate the information to all stakeholders.

Please note that this extension does not attract any additional fees to candidates.

It is imperative to note that the extension is in response to popular demand by potential candidates who are hereby urged to use this window of opportunity to register for the examinations and conclude their registration formalities.

Meanwhile, the NABTEB Acting Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Nnasia N. Dr. Asanga said the National Business and Technical Examinations Board offers, through its examinations and certification, pathways to both academic and career progression.

Prospective candidates who want to seek admission to institutions of higher learning, persons who desire an upward mobility in their careers, as well as those that are entrepreneurially inclined are enjoined to register and take NABTEB examinations.
